Exchanges and Returns Policy

Online Purchase Exchanges and Returns:
At My Mattress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most sleep accessories (such as pillows, sheet sets, etc.) purchased online can be exchanged or returned in-store within 30 days of delivery or pickup. To qualify for an exchange or return, the merchandise must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging and condition, and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Upon successful exchange or refund, you will be credited in your original form of payment (excluding shipping fees). If the new product(s) you choose exceed the value of your exchanged item(s), you will be asked to pay the remaining balance. If you prefer to return your online purchase without visiting our store, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Please note that products available exclusively online are not eligible for in-store exchange or return. Kindly reach out to our Customer Service team for further guidance.

In-Store Purchase Exchanges and Returns:
For purchases made in-store, most sleep accessories are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date or pickup/delivery. To qualify for an exchange or return, the merchandise must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging and condition, and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Simply visit any My Mattress store location, and our team will assist you with the process. Upon successful exchange or refund, you will be credited in your original form of payment (excluding shipping fees). If the new product(s) you select exceed the value of your exchanged item(s), you will only need to pay the difference.

Please note that for mattress and box spring exchanges, our 100-Night Comfort Guarantee applies. Refer to our guarantee for more details.

Receiving and Exchanging Damaged Product:
If you receive a damaged product, please notify our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will promptly assist you in resolving the issue to ensure your satisfaction.

Exclusions:
Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any furniture items, including lifestyle bases and bed frames, or for already discounted merchandise.
